Error using CCF under Roscoe

Issue/Introduction

User received the following error using CCF under roscoe We are in the process of changing the users logon's under there new logon they get this error, if use old logon it works okay.
A LIB/CCF ROSCOE SYSTEM ERROR HAS OCCURED IN: FUNCTION: MMR DELETE FUNCTION PROGRAM: $CHGP009 SERVICE PROGRAM: $CHGS012

Environment

Librarian CCF V4.4
Roscoe V6.0

Cause

The new userid did not have the necessary authority in the external security package (ACF2 / RACF / TOP-Secret) to write out to the SYSMAST file. 

Resolution

Give the userid the authority to write out to the SYSMAST file within the external security package (ACF2 / RACF / TOP-Secret)
