Port 8083 already in use

Issue/Introduction

After installing the PAM, PAM service could not start and c2o.log has below error::
"ERROR [org.jboss.kernel.plugins.dependency.AbstractKernelController] [ main] Error installing to Start: name=jboss:service=WebService state=Create mode=Manual requiredState=Installed 
java.lang.Exception: Port 8083 already in use"

Environment

PAM version: 4.3.2
OS: RHEL 7.4

Cause

System hosts file(/etc/hosts) contains invalid IP Address

Resolution

1.Open the system hosts file
    /etc/hosts
    Check whether it has the valid IP Address of the system or not and correct it if needed and save.
2. Restart the PAM service.
