Unable to APPLY RO99194, SO00033 and SO00527

Issue/Introduction

Attempting to APPLY RO99194, SO00033 and SO00527. Getting error messages for each:

GIM69102E ** ALLOCATION FAILED FOR SMP00008 BECAUSE THERE IS NO DDDEF ENTRY FOR CAW0SDF IN TARGET ZONE CAITI1A.
GIM54601E ** DYNAMIC ALLOCATION FAILED FOR SMP00005 BECAUSE CAW0SDF IS PART OF THE SMP00005 CONCATENATION BUT WAS NOT ALLOCATED.
GIM69149E ** CALLLIBS COULD NOT BE ALLOCATED FOR LMOD TNMLOAD IN ZONE CAITI1A.

Found the ++HOLDs requiring, then removing the DDDEF for CAW0SDF. They all stated AFTER APPLY.

Resolution

While it is true that one can manually create the DDDEF for CAW0SDF and reapply the PTFs, there are two PTFs that one can apply first:

RO99698 SMP/E DDDEFS FOR MAINFRAME OPERATIONAL INTELLIGENCE (MOI) 
RO99940 MISSING SMP/E STATEMENTS ON RO99698 

After applied, reapply RO99194, SO00033, and SO00527.
