S0C4 in CA Master at first IPL of a z/OS 1.13 system with the current maintenance for z/OS 2.2 applied

Issue/Introduction

After installing r14.1 and applying  the most current maintenance, at IPL of a z/OS 1.13 system, CA Master abended at startup wth a S0C4..  However, CA Master starts successfully on a z/OS 2.2 system using the same linklist, apflist, and PPT entries.      

Environment

Common Services r14.1 wtih most current maintenance applied for z/OS 2.2 compatibility running on both a z/OS 2.2 and z/OS 1.13 system

Cause

The maintenance applied included the "integrity" fixes RO95449 for CAIRIM, RO95550 for ENF, RO95541 for HCKCCS, and RO95542 for SERVCS.  These fixes can cause various problems on z/OS releases 1.13 and below. 

Resolution

 To correct the problem, apply the correcting  maintenance,  SO00840 which PE's RO95449, SO00841 which PE's RO95452, , SO00842 which PE's RO95450, and SO00844  which PE's RO95451.
