When I am trying to download pdf, cvs or any type from reports I am getting following message: There was a problem processing your request, please contact your administrator and have them verify the logs.

Resolution
Changed the "Maximum Rows for Reports" value in the iDash Admin Tool GUI to 10000 from 100,000. iDash Server -> General -> Server. The comma (,) in the value was the problem.
