rpm robot install fails with spooler failed to start

Issue/Introduction

Robot install by rpm fails.  The following is observed in the controller logs:

Controller: Probe 'spooler' FAILED to start, the probe was not installed properly

Environment

• Any Robot version installed using .rpm file

Cause

• had not run step 4 of install steps 
• Step 4 reads the cfg file and configures the robot

Resolution

• Execute step 4 of the install steps

Execute the RobotConfigurer.sh script to configure the robot when the installer exits.
The Script is located in the /opt/nimsoft/install folder.
