rpm robot install fails spooler failed to start

Issue/Introduction

• Robot install by rpm fails
• Probe 'spooler' FAILED to start, the probe was not installed properly 

Environment

• Robot version 7.93

Cause

• had not run step 4 of install steps 
• Step 4 reads the cfg file and configures the robot

Resolution

• Execute step 4 of the install steps

Execute the RobotConfigurer.sh script to configure the robot when the installer exits.
