Does the Sysview for Db2 Security file control update access to DSNZPARMs

Issue/Introduction

Is there any way to control access to the dynamic DSNZPARM change feature using the Sysview Performance Management Option for DB2 for z/OS (IDB2) Security file.

Resolution

IDB2 only displays DSNZPARM settings. It is through Thread Terminator for Db2 for z/OS (PTT) that modifications to DSNZPARMS can occur 
and it is through plan based or external security where the ability to update DSNZPARMS can be controlled.
