Issue/Introduction

Running CA Log Analyzer DML Report, or the install job: Create Required DB2 Objects can fail with 
SYSTEM COMPLETION CODE=0C4  REASON CODE=00000011 No Module Name. 

Environment

DB2 V11 NFM R19 or R20.

Cause

The cause is due to running Performance Essentials software. 

Resolution

Due to running this software; Performance Essentials, you have to turn it off by adding this DD:  //PSPOFF DD DUMMY.
