Banner Job Aborts with No such file or directory error

Issue/Introduction

When trying to run a Banner Job, it aborts with the following error in the output file:

/home/banner/test/sqr: line 2: /sqr: No such file or directory

Environment

Resolution

The OS user account that is running Jobs from Applications Manager is not loading the SQR environment, specifically the $SQRDIR variable. This needs to be set before Applications Manager can run SQR's.

This can be set by including the path for the sqr directory in the Applications Manager user .profile and restarting the instance.
