System is functioning properly. What is the best course of action?

Environment

Release: 11.4 and above
Component: ESP Workload Automation

Resolution

Your proxy is the tracking system for your environment. When it was down, jobs were submitted or had been running and the tracking data is stored in memory or what we call Tcells. Once ESP is started this memory is dumped to the ckpt file and then transmitted to the master to update the status for the jobs. This is working as designed and ESP functioned as expected. These messages were created in ESP r11.4 in order for you to monitor the CKPT and QUEUE file for space problems prior to them filling up. This allows you to take action if necessary.
