Issue/Introduction

ESP is functioning properly, but the following messages are seen:

CKPT or QUEUE file usage has exceeded 50%, 70%, 90% or 99%. <percent>
specifies the CKPT or QUEUE file usage percentage value. <data.set.name>
specifies the CKPT or QUEUE file data set name. The <percent> value is
calculated by adding a 0.5% rounding value to file usage value. This means,
for example, that when 100% is specified in the message, the actual file
usage is within the range 99.5%-100% and if 51% percent is specified in the
message, the actual file usage is within the range 50.5%-51.4%.

Resolution

When ESP is down, jobs that were submitted or had been running, the tracking data is stored in TCELLS memory.

Once ESP is started, this memory is dumped to the CKPT file and then transmitted to the master to update the status for the jobs.

ESP is working as designed, and these messages are expected.
