User get new Terminal ID but TSO rejects him after reconnection

Issue/Introduction

What can I do if a re-logon after the connection to an application was lost fails with messages
"Terminal security violation...enter Yes to continue"
and
"terminate session Y No to disallow"

Resolution

Do not use the combination in ACT: A Mask for virtual terminals AND “Masking done for security:" set to 'Y'.
When using a Mask for virtual terminals for the application in the ACT make sure that “Masking done for security:" is set to 'N'.
