After uninstall of PIM endpoint there are registry keys remaining. We have a tool that can clean up remaining keys.
Please use this tool as a last resort when the regular uninstall fails removing the product.
Privileged Identity Manager Endpoint has a utility that will clean up the registry keys and other directories. This utility is called RemoveAC.exe and can be found in the x86 or x64 folder of the installation ISO. This utility is used to remove registry keys that fail to remove during uninstall.
To run the utility in silent mode avoiding the subsequent key press to continue run:
removeAC -s
IMPORTANT: This article contains information about modifying the registry.
Before you modify the registry, make sure to create back up of the registry and ensure that you understand how to restore the registry if a problem may occur.
