Issue/Introduction
I would like to check our IDM TEWS6 service. Is our IDM Webs service
is based on SOAP or Rest ? I mean TEWS web service is SOAP or REST ?

According to that community page, it seems to be SOAP :

It doesn't seem to be any option for REST. I'll encourage you to vote
for that Enhancement Request to get REST call implemented with TEWS :

see if there are ways to implement REST, as one told that it could be
possible within SOAP call. See the note at the bottom of the page :
