Why is the "Refined Estimate" column unavailable for Portfolio Item Feature in Excel Add-in ?

Screen below show it is not in the list of columns or in the list of available fields for filter:

Resolution

The RefinedEstimate field was added to PortfolioItem in WSAPI >= v2.0. Starting with WSAPI v2.0 this field is available for any Portfolio Item type including Feature and Initiative. However, the Excel add-in 2.3.4 uses WSAPI 1.43 .
Therefore, this field is not available to the version of the API used by the plugin.
