Not geting CPU and Memory for Viptela devices in CAPC

Issue/Introduction

All the vEdges devices in CA now are using the RFC1213-MIB , due to this we are missing a lot of data for CPU and memory. Please go through and confirm the fix or instruction to fix the cpu and memory issue for the vEdge routers.
