CA Identity Manager: VST is not displaying last operations of tasks when there is an error

Issue/Introduction

When there is an error in my task, why does the VST display that error in the Last Operation field instead of the true last operation?

Resolution

This is a known bug that was fixed as of Identity Manager 14.1 CP6.
