Issue/Introduction

We would need to turn the 2E Change Management (CM) for some custom model off and sometimes on. How we can accomplish that?

Environment

CA 2E 8.7 and higher

Resolution

1. Ensure that all users are out of the model before turning CM off.

  2. Go to a command line and run CHGDTAARA

The data area is YCHGCTLRFA, the library should be your model library.

Now type *NONE for the New Value to turn CM off and press ENTER.

To turn CM back on change the New Value to the CM library Y2SYCM.
