nexec probe shows only "START" tab

Issue/Introduction

When deploying the nexec probe, only the START tab is displayed. This has been deployed to other servers and correctly displayed all 3 tabs. One kb article mentioned deactivating and deleting the probe along with clearing out the nexec related packages from robots/ready folder which has not worked. Log file shows: Apr 23 10:42:20:910 [12512] nexec: (c_l_p) - list_profiles: failed to decode security settings, access level being set to 0

Environment

• nexec probe 1.36

Cause

• User logged in to the IM console does not have permissions to the secondary hub.

Resolution

• It was discovered that the Primary hub used LDAP authentication.
• The secondary hub did not use LDAP and the user did not have permissions on that hub.
• Used a different user defined in UIM and not in LDAP and that worked.
