Rally - Timeboxes: Releases do not appear in the drop down pick list

Issue/Introduction

When trying to assign a release to a work item, not all releases are showing in the list, why is this happening?

Environment

Release:
Component: ACSAAS

Resolution

Cannot assign work to an Accepted release, this is working as designed.  If the user needs to assign the release then it must to be in a state other than Accepted.
