Command unirun fails with error "host: not found"

Issue/Introduction
The command unirun is used to install or upgrade an instance of Dollar Universe.
After starting the installation and choosing the option (i) for a new install, the script fails with the following error:
<install directory>/du_as_x.y.zz_linux_26_64/./tools/uniinstall: line xxx: host: not found

Cause
The command "host" is not installed on the machine
Resolution
Ask you system administrator to install the package that contains the system command "host"
On Redhat Linux this can be done by installing the package bind-utils-9.9.4-61.el7.x86_64 via yum
