Put machines OFFLINE in Unicenter JMO

Issue/Introduction

Looking for a way to put job on hold without too many changes in the current and running scheduling cycle.

In AutoSys, we can put machines OFFLINE using sendevent:
sendevent -E MACH_OFFLINE -n machine

Is there an equivalent in UUJMA ?

Environment

UUJMA: 11.2 SP2 Cum1
OS: ANY

Resolution

There is no command on the UUJMA agent side with which you can put machine OFFLINE.

In order to temporarily stop execution, you can either
1) remove agent name from your job definition on the scheduler side,
2) or stop agent on UUJMA agent box.

NB Only  UUJMA,as an agent is supported at the moment. There is no support for JMO scheduler or manager.
