Report CAD4EHS1 abending with U0614

Issue/Introduction

I'm trying to get "Message & action Master Listing Report" (CAD4EHS1) but job is abending with U0614 Code. 
I was not able to find explanations about this abend in the SmartConsole documentation. 
The abend seems to be in CAIWEARL offset is somewhere near +B48

Why does this happen?

The U0614 usually means the DD statement required for CAIWSMF is missing from your job. 

You might look at the CAIPROC member named CAD4EARL for an example.
