The S0C7 abend occurred when it was trying to do a decimal add of "1900000F" to a field which contains "00E3E2CF".
This caused a S0C7 because x'00E3E2CF' is not a valid packed decimal value.
The abend is happening in RACF module ICHRIN00.
Based on the addition of x'1900000F', it seems that RACF is adjusting for the "century bit" in a packed Julian date (most likely the "last used" date which presents in RACF message ICH70001I).
The XCOM security code does any calculations with dates - nor do we pass any date-related parameters into our RACF security calls.
IBM has identified a recent PTF, UA95462.
