How to Globally Set Web Browser printing with CA OM Web Viewer

Issue/Introduction

As the administrator I go to the Administration tab > Preference > Output Default and turn on Web Browser Printing. I thought this would affect the way all my users would be able to print, but it's not so. Can I globally set printing for Web Browser printing? If not how is it set for all?

Cause

SysAdmin had other browsers open.

 

Resolution

Yes. Go to the Administration tab > Preference > Output Default and turn on Web Browser Printing.

IMPORTANT:  Close all your other browsers, while this is being set.
