How to restrict programmers from deleting a PD or PI

Issue/Introduction

Navigating through the Telon Design Facility Restrictions Panels.
Placing a "Z" by a panel definition will delete a PD.
How can we ensure programmers do not accidentally delete a PD?

Environment

Telon Design Facility Installation Restrictions Panel, release 5.1

Resolution

From the TELON DESIGN FACILITY MAIN MENU, type INSTALL on the command line.

Then from the TDF INSTALLATION MENU, type:
FUNCTION: UP             
ITEM      RE             
             
PASSWORD XXXXX
4. RESTRICT    P         (C-CONTROLLER P-PROGRAMMER A-ANALYST)

This brings you to the PROGRMR UPDATE INSTALLATION RESTRICT  
At this point, you can restrict users, who are assigned as programmers, to limit their ability to purge or zap a PI or PD.
