Do not want programmers to be able to delete a PD or PI

Navigating through the CA Telon Design Facility Restrictions Panels.

One of our users deleted the PD portion of her CA Telon program.
When she did a list of all her Definitions, she accidentally put a "Z" by the definition, instead of an "S".
How can I not allow our programmers to delete a PD?

Resolution

From the CA TELON DESIGN FACILITY MAIN MENU type in INSTALL on the command line.
Then from the TDF INSTALLATION MENU, type in, 
FUNCTION: UP             
ITEM      RE             
             
PASSWORD XXXXX
4. RESTRICT    P         (C-CONTROLLER P-PROGRAMMER A-ANALYST)

This brings you to the PROGRMR UPDATE INSTALLATION RESTRICT  
At this point you can restrict users, who are assigned as programmers, to limit their ability to purge or zap a PI or PD.
