CA Gen: Failed to extract file 'Dll_.ini' from the binary table.

GenGen - Workstation ToolsetGen - Host EncyclopediaGen - Run Time Distributed
Trying to update CA Gen 8.6 installation of CommBridge and TCPIP on a Windows 2012 server. Already installed the 2 options successfully, but, decided to include Client Manager. Selected MODIFY and then included Client Manager, clicking Next, and get the error message:
Failed to extract file 'Dll_.ini' from the binary table.
Logged into Windows using the local administrator userid an then updated Gen to include Client Manager and it updated/installed correctly.
