KB000015684 describes the way to access CA Netmaster 12.1 fixes list, but one of the fixes through RO98053 is not found.
 

Why does RO98053 not appear in the maintenance list from CA Support Online?

When the maintenance list is displayed for CA Netmaster for TCP/IP 12.1, it is necessary to click on Component tab and check for Unicenter Netmaster Management Services. Otherwise, the fix will not appear.
