No messages just a blank page from Web Viewer trying to convert AFP to PDF.
Below is the DRAS test output. It says return code zero Is there status = 1? Able view a non-PDF output in Web Viewer but when viewing a PDF it goes blank. We had something similar at DR and it turned out to be a missing LMP authorization code.
Currently have the following 2 authorization codes applied:

The SARJAVA started task shows the following lmp keys, and I was told we shouldn't need them, see below. My last case with the JAVA transformer said we should not see the below LMP errors and they looking at it. I see no errors in the started tasks, just the DRAS test.

resolved our issue by giving us a temporary LMP key for all products at disaster recovery last week as I stated. Another Incident was created on java transformer and it was fixed and other authorization errors appeared that I sent you. The point is we shouldn't need new authorization codes to do the same thing in release 14. I would like a temporary auth code to prove it and if correct then we still have a technical issue that needs to be resolved soon. The disaster recovery issue was on release 12.2 with same symptoms.
Enter Java Transformer LMP Code
The Java transformers require CA License Management Program (LMP), one of the CA Common
Services to initialize correctly. CA LMP provides a standardized and automated approach to the
tracking of licensed software. Examine the CA LMP Key Certificate you received with your Java
transformers.
The Java transformers options are purchased separately. Because each component has its own LMP
code, you are required to supply an LMP code for each component you purchased. The codes are:
4N (Metacode-to-PDF Transformer)
3B (AFP-to-Any Transformer)
3C (Metacode-to-Any Transformer)
0W (CA View AFP-to-PDF Transformer) - legacy
02 (AFP-to-PDF Transformer)

Resolved by getting a temporary LMP key for (all products at disaster recovery). Another Incident was created on java transformer and it was fixed and other authorization errors appeared. Obtain a temporary auth code to correct.
