NoEntityGroupError when generating reports after upgrading to Spectrum 10.2.2 or 10.2.3

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to Spectrum 10.2.2 or 10.2.3, users are unable to generate reports. Get a NoEntityGroupError as per the below screenshot

You will see the below errors in Tomcat logs:

- CrystalReportDAO.updateReportLogonCredentials: com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.managedreports.ras.internal.ManagedRASException: Cannot open report document. --- Unable to load report.
cause:com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.report.lib.ReportSDKServerException: Unable to load report.---- Error code:-2147483123 [CRSDK00000000] Error code name:failed
detail: Unable to load report.

Environment

Spectrum 10.2.2 / 10.2.3

Cause

Some of the BIAR files that are needed to run the reports were not updated properly.

Resolution

This issue is addressed via the below PTF's

Spectrum 10.2.3  -  Spectrum_10.02.03.PTF_10.2.311

Spectrum 10.2.2  -  Spectrum_10.02.02.PTF_10.2.222
