Issue/Introduction
In order to Staffing/Populate Resource Management Curves in the new UX, it seems an entity needs to be created. Is this correct?
Is an entity required in working with the CA PPM New User Experience (UX)?
Environment
Release: Component: ODPRM
Resolution
At least one entity will need to be set up in the environment for data to show in the Staffing (Resource Management) pages in the new UX. Additionally, monthly fiscal time periods (including the current date) will need to be set up on the entity that is selected to be the default.
Please see the Staffing (Resource Management) and Project Staff Setup section of the New User Experience: Compare with Classic CA PPM documentation to complete the setup in Classic CA PPM so resource managers and project coordinators can use the new (Staffing) Resource Management pages.
