The Default Value is not displaying for the Project Attribute

Issue/Introduction

When creating a Project object Attribute with a default value set, this is not populated in the Project properties page on existing projects

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Go to 'Administration' -> 'Objects' -> 'Project' object -> 'Attributes' tab and created an attribute with these details:- Data Type: URL Default Value: http://

2. Click on ‘Save And Return’

3. Add the attribute field to the view.

4. Go to the project page to see this new attribute listed

Expected Result: To see 'http://' being displayed in the input field

Actual Result: 'http://' is missing from the input field

Resolution

When you create the attribute you need to tick ‘Populate Null Values with the Default’.
