how to fix jar command not found error for Endevor Web Services installation

Issue/Introduction

When I run Endevor Web Services V18.0.12 install/update script, I got error message 'jar command not found', how to fix this error ?

Environment

Endevor Web Services V18.0.12

Resolution

Endevor Web Services install/update script uses the jar command to extract an archive. This command will fail if the java bin folder is not on the defined PATH. 

You need to apply SO01688, this PTF adds JAVA_HOME in the path of jar command so USS can find it.
