Issue/Introduction
The UIM connector 3.9.29 installer is unable to connect to the SQL Server database for UIM Database access

UIM connector 3.9.29
Resolution
UIM connector 3.9.30 resolves this problem.
This fix can be optained from CA Support until this version of the connector is getting published to the connector download page
