9.3.3 PDF reports missing graphics (show cross icons) when SSL used

Issue/Introduction

the NFA 9.3.3 printed reports or mailed report have no charts ( red cross icon instead)
When the NFA connections were defined to use SSL and an CA certificate .
 

Environment

NFA 9.3.3
SSL with Certificate Authority

Cause

The connections between the NFA console server and the Certifier Authority ( MS 
Active Directory) are locked by a firewall .
MS IIS server cannot validate the certificate revocation date required by the NFA Pdf
chart function .
So , charts are locked .

Resolution

a patch have been created from the defect DE302412 :
NFA_9.3.3.PTF_9.3.3.06.zip

For 9.3.8 , install the patch :

this patch is included in NFA 9.5 .
