Determining the distribution and version of is distribution specific. You can determine the kernel version by executing:
uname -v
The compatibility matrix lists any fixes, with links to them, that may be needed to support your kernel version.
If the kernel version is not listed you need to use a supported kernel. If the kernel is newer than any of the kernels listed for your distribution version in the compatibility matrix it may be possible for us to support it. Please review the CA Privileged Identity Manager Endpoint Platform Classification and SLA Guidelines below and log a case with support if necessary:
