UMP Logon stays in "Loading" phase

Issue/Introduction
UMP logon displays "loading" message forever and never displays the USM Inventory
The portal.log captures the following error on the primary ump robot:
Error in portal log: -- ERROR [ImageImpl:67] Error reading image 24001 com.liferay.portlet.documentlibrary.NoSuchFileException: C:\Program Files (x86)\Nimsoft\probes\service\data\document_library\0\0\24001.gif\1.0 Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Program Files (x86)\Nimsoft\probes\service\data\document_library\0\0\24001.gif\1.0 (The system cannot find the path specified)
