When attempting to add a NCM Policy to a Global Collection it does not associate successfully but no errors are seen in logs or on screen.

Resolution

This issue has been addressed in the Spectrum_10.02.01.PTF_10.2.182 patch for 10.2.1 and in Spectrum 10.3.0.

Please contact CA support to obtain this patch.

Once the patch is installed, be sure to clear out your Java Cache as discussed in knowledge article 90113.
