Issue/Introduction
How does one change the timezone for the Workload Automation AE scheduler when running in a Windows environment?
Environment
CA Workload Automation AE 11.3.x on Windows.
Resolution
Per the product documentation:
Set the Time Zone Before you start the scheduler, ensure that the correct time zone is specified in the Control Panel, Date/Time dialog. The scheduler references this setting to determine the default time zone. After you upgrade your database, you must start the scheduler to insert a time zone offset value (calculated from the value specified in the Control Panel, Date/Time dialog) into the database. Do this before executing jil or autorep.
Important! Ensure that the database is running in the same time zone that the scheduler starts up with.
