Agent start up issue with Error opening lock file 12
After the WA Agent 11.4 installation on AIX 7.1 by root, when trying to start the Agent by "autosys" user it does not start.
The following error is reported in "nohup.stderr" file:
tzmapping: illegal format at near line 11

Environment
WA Agent 11.4 Release on AIX 7.1
Resolution
The encountered problem was related to the Agent file permissions.
The Agent files were owned by root and autosys user did not have the required file access permissions to start the Agent.
After adding the permission to all agent files and directories owned by root to the user, the Agent service could be started successfully.
