Juniper devices missing from group asset chassis report in CABI 4.3

Issue/Introduction

When running the Group Based Asset Chassis report in Spectrum Report Manager in CABI 4.3 Juniper and other non-cisco devices are missing

Environment

Release: Spectrum 10.2.3 integrated with BOXI
Component: SPCRPT

Cause

The query that gets executed is configured to not display physical_class of 0 devices.

BIAR file contained a Chassis report that had the wrong query. This query was preventing the Juniper devices from displaying in the report. The report is configured to display physical_class from the chassis of 3 or 9. Juniper devices get a 0 because they do not support the entity mib.

Resolution

The Spectrum 10.2.3 BIAR file contains the right report which shows physical_class of 0 as well as 3 and 9. 

Download a default 10.2.3 BIAR file that is attached to this KB.

Place the file in the $SPECROOT/Install-Tools/SRM-Tools/BIAR directory.  

Move the rest of the *.biar files out leaving only the repmgr-core.biar file from this KB.

Navigate to the Spectrum OneClick webpage -> Administration -> report manager -> Manage Business Objects Content

Click "Update Content"

Once complete, report will function as originally designed.
