Csam creates core_dump files under $AUTOUSER directory

Issue/Introduction

On several Autosys infrastructures, the csampmuxf process is restarted every 30 minutes or so.
Several core files are created on the machine by the csampmuxf process
 

Environment

CA Workload Automation AE Server 11.3.6.SPx on LINUX/UNIX
 

Resolution

1. Open the "logger.cfg" file located under $CSAM_SOCKADAPTER/cfg directory

2. modify  the following setting

log4cplus.appender.file.MaxBackupIndex=1

log4cplus.logger.CSAM.BROK=info, file
log4cplus.additivity.CSAM.BROK=false

3. Then stop all the WA AE Autosys Services.

4. Use the following command to stop SSA :

$CSAM_SOCKADAPTER/bin/csampmux stop

5. Restart WA AE Autosys which automatically starts process csampmuxf
