CA PIM all versions: Target date of Cleanup Submitted Task

Issue/Introduction

By default, Cleanup Submitted Tasks job runs at 23:00 on the 1st day of every month, and it will delete or archive logs before the latest 1 month.
What date/time is the delete/archive target date for Cleanup Submitted Tasks?
If the job start date is 04/01 23:00, which are the target logs for delete/archive?
before 03/01 23:00, 3/1 0:00, 3/2 0:00, or else?

Resolution

The target date is before one month from job start time including time.
If the job starts at 04/01 23:00, the logs before 03/01 23:00 will be deleted.
