Issue/Introduction

Are URTs linked under a previous version (possibly R11 or before) upwardly compatible with R15? I don't have all the source in CUSMAC in order to re-link , therefore need to know whether I can copy the CUSLIB from R14 to R15 so it will contain the URTs . Note this is the approach we took when we upgraded to R14, we copied over the URT cuslib from R11 to R14 .
