We are in the process of upgrading the hardware to z14.
Do we need a new LMP key for IDMS ?

Resolution
Yes. Anytime the CPU Serial Number changes you will need to have a new LMP key generated for the new CPU ID.
To request a new LMP key you can either open a case in http://support.ca.com for the product you wish to acquire the LMP key for or you can call the 1-800-CALL-CAI and they will open a case for you with the team that generates the LMP keys.
