Issue/Introduction

When extending the User Store with the imUserAux Object Class, and migrating custom attributes from a pre-existing user directory, do we need to change our existing oid-prefix to match the oid-prefix in the im_user_aux.dxc file, or can we add our existing custom oid_prefix to the im_user_aux.dxc file?

Identity Manager 14.x Virtual Appliance

Resolution

You should modify your custom oid-prefix to use the oid-prefix as specified in the im_user_aux.dxc file in the ~dsa/config/schema folder.
