Support for DevTest Server Cloning

Issue/Introduction

If multiple DevTest servers are needed, is it possible and supported to clone a fully functional DevTest server (VM) with a local MySQL database and use it to create new DevTest servers?

It is understood each server will be named differently, require new licenses, and certificates may need to be reconfigured.

All supported DevTest releases.

This is not recommended since too many factors would be involved.
