Affect of DevTest Installation from existing server to a new server if IP address changes

Issue/Introduction

Currently going to decommission the existing Windows server and going to get a new one, but the IP is going to change.

Does this affect the DevTest installation from existing server to new server since IP address is changing here?

Environment

All supported DevTest releases.

Cause

N/A

Resolution

On installation, the IP address will not be a factor, but any of your *.properties files that reference a particular IP addresses will be affected.
